The mission of the WI PCL Clinical Center is to provide a portfolio of system-level support options for school districts in Wisconsin from highly trained literacy specialists who are networked in the PCL model.

Vision

The Wisconsin PCL Clinical Center, in partnership with the UALR Center for Literacy, envisions that all school districts, regardless of resources are capable of aligning processes that develop professional expertise in teachers, interventionists and administrators within a framework that is adaptive and responsive to 21st century needs.
